Requirements

Responsibilities

-Making our patients feel aswelcomed guests to the office

-Practice Covid-19 Protocols

-Ability to build a rapportwith patients and co-workers

-Insurance terminology ispreferred

-Knowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft,Open-Dental, or any Dental software -Perform Insurance verifications -Answer telephones in professional courteous manner topatients and coworkers using superior customer service skills. -Provide necessary instructions/directions to patients andpolitely answer questions -Build financial agreements from the treatment plan.

-Review with Dental Insuranceon coverages and limitations -Present Treatment plans to the patient using appropriateterminology in an organized professional manner -Follow up on denials, appeals and insurance requests foradditional information -Examine EOBs or answer any billing questions patients mayhave -Review patient charts and notes for the next working day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One or more years of experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred
• Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft and QSI software applications is preferred
